   ●Return Conditions: The product must be unused, undamaged, and retain all original packaging and tags. We cannot accept returns of damaged or used products.

2. Exchange Policy
   ●Exchange Period: You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.
   ●Exchange Conditions: The product must be unused, undamaged, and retain all original packaging and tags. We will provide the same or different product upon your request.
   ● Request for exchange: Please send us your exchange request via email (localsilver@gelreuse.com) and let us know your order number, the item you want to exchange and the reason. Our customer service team will assist you in completing the exchange process.
3. Return and exchange shipping costs
   ● Return shipping costs: Except for product quality problems or wrong shipments, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Please be sure to keep the shipping invoice for subsequent communication.
   ● Exchange shipping costs: If the exchange is caused by product quality problems or wrong shipments, the relevant shipping costs will be borne by us. For other reasons, the exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer.
4. Refund processing
   ● Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, your refund application will be processed. Refunds are usually returned within 7 working days through your original payment method.
